EVENT INFORMATION

Coming October 23rd, 2022 to Uptown North Main in Frankenmuth: The first annual Health, Wellness, and Lifestyle Expo presented by the Frankenmuth Women’s Club in partnership with Frankenmuth Credit Union. The expo is free to the community and will offer vendors, demonstrations, and experiences for all aspects of lifestyle and wellness.

We would like to invite you to attend the expo and offer your business the opportunity to participate in this exciting new event through sponsorship or volunteering. The Health, Wellness, and Lifestyle Expo is a not-for-profit event. The Frankenmuth Women’s Club will be using all proceeds to sponsor local projects benefiting Frankenmuth schools and the Frankenmuth Fire Department. Your business would be a tremendous addition to this event, and the expo would in turn serve as a valuable opportunity to highlight your

goods and/or services to those in attendance.

The expo will be a family event with activities planned for attendees of all ages. The event will feature vendor tables, kids’ activities, blood donations, and door prizes; along with additional entertainment and educational opportunities. This event will be a wonderful way to bring the community together for health, wellness, and lifestyle education, while also providing advertising and exposure for your business.

Frankenmuth Credit Union, Frankenmuth Women’s Club, and the Expo Committee (collectively “Expo Partners”) have invited various vendors to set up booths at its First Annual Health & Wellness Expo at Uptown North Main. The vendors are solely responsible for their own set ups, materials, and/or products and assume all liability relating there. Vendors agree to hold Expo Partners harmless:

As a vendor, you shall indemnify and hold harmless Expo Partners and its partners, directors, agents, employees, and controlling persons (if any) of Expo Partners and any such affiliate, as the case may be (Indemnitee), against any losses, claims, damages, or liabilities to any such person in connection with any matter related to its individual vendor set up at the Expo, including without limitation the performance of the services that are the subject of this Agreement, except to the extent that any such loss, claim, damages, or liability are finally judicially determined to have resulted from the gross negligence, bad faith, willful misfeasance, or reckless disregard by Indemnitee of its obligations or duties.
